İŞKUR issues fraud warning amid new job recruitment listings
The Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) and its Trabzon provincial directorate have issued a fraud warning following reports of scammers using the agency’s corporate identity. Fraudulent advertisements on social media and the internet have been targeting citizens with offers for home-based packaging, extra work, and certification services. These scams often request personal information and fees, falsely claiming that documents will be linked to the e-Devlet or e-İŞKUR systems. İŞKUR emphasized that all its services are provided free of charge.
Simultaneously, İŞKUR has listed numerous legitimate employment opportunities across Turkey. There are currently 732 open positions for call center customer representatives across 31 provinces, with the highest number of vacancies in Siirt (150), followed by Hatay and Istanbul.
Additionally, 408 positions are available through private companies providing services to city hospitals across 17 provinces. These roles include cleaning, security, clinical support, catering, driving, and technical work. The largest concentration of these hospital-related service roles is in Ankara, with 171 openings.
