İŞKUR to recruit 11 contracted IT specialists

The Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) has announced the recruitment of 11 contracted IT specialists to serve within its Information Technology Department. The positions cover various high-level technical roles, including Senior System Specialist, Senior Cybersecurity Specialist, Senior Network and Security Specialist, Senior Artificial Intelligence Specialist, Senior Business Intelligence Specialist, Senior Front End Web Software Specialist, Network and Security Specialist, Artificial Intelligence Specialist, and Software Specialist.

Applications are scheduled to open on October 26, 2026, and will remain open until November 8, 2026. Candidates can apply through the Kariyer Kapısı platform via e-Devlet. Selection will be based on a combination of KPSS P3 scores (70%) and YDS or equivalent English language scores (30%). Notably, candidates without a KPSS score will have their score recorded as 70 for the calculation.

Eligible applicants include graduates of Computer, Software, Electrical, Electronic, and Industrial Engineering. Other graduates in fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, and Physics may apply specifically for Group C positions. Professional experience requirements vary by role, ranging from a minimum of 3 to 7 years depending on the salary bracket of the position.
