Il Paradiso delle Signore season 11 launches on Rai 1 with Rosa's death and seven new characters
The long‑running Italian soap Il Paradiso delle Signore returns for its eleventh season on Rai 1, premiering Monday 7 September 2026 at 16:05. The season will run Monday‑Friday with an announced total of about 160 new episodes, set in Milan in 1967 on the eve of the 1968 social upheavals.
A major plot twist opens the season: the character Rosa Camilli dies, a first for the daily series, prompting a grieving Marcello Barbieri and reshaping relationships within the department store. At the same time, seven new characters are introduced, headlined by entrepreneur Carla Corsi (played by Lavinia Longhi) and her children Iacopo, a young designer, and Diana, a rebellious daughter. Additional newcomers include capocommessa Elisa Croce, magazziniere Valter, and the new Veneri Lia Mandalà and Simona Galbiati.
The production is handled by Aurora TV with Banijay for Rai Fiction and Rai Com. A teaser released by Aurora TV highlighted the reopening of the Milanese department store and hinted at the new cast without revealing full storylines. The season promises to blend personal dramas with the broader social changes of the late‑60s.
