ILA Vietnam launches support program for pediatric cancer patients

ILA Vietnam has launched the ‘Hẹn em ở trường’ (Meet you at school) initiative, running from August 31 to September 30, 2026. The program aims to support pediatric patients undergoing medical treatment by providing emotional encouragement through letters, drawings, recordings, and videos collected from the community.

Dr. Dang Thanh Hao of the Ho Chi Minh City Oncology Hospital noted that the facility receives between 4,000 and 5,000 cancer patients daily, including many children. The initiative seeks to provide spiritual support to these children and their families during their treatment journeys.
