Ilaria Bergaglio to compete in 100km World Championships

Italian athlete Ilaria Bergaglio is set to compete in the 100km World Championships in Ames, Galicia, Spain. This marks her third appearance at the world championships for this specialty, following her participations in Berlin 2022 and India 2024.

Bergaglio, representing Atletica Novese, prepared for the event in Livigno at an altitude of nearly 2,000 meters. The race will take place on an asphalt loop circuit. She will be joined on the Italian women's national team by Federica Moroni, Daniela Valgimigli, Denise Tappatà, Serena Natalini, and Sarah Giomi.
