iliad launches TOP 30 MONDO with 30 GB roaming across 110+ countries

Italian mobile operator iliad introduced the TOP 30 MONDO plan, providing 30 GB of data for roaming in more than 110 countries, including the European Union and a range of extra‑European destinations such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Japan, Thailand, Morocco, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Singapore and South Africa. The plan costs €12.99 per month on a permanent basis and includes 300 GB of data for use in Italy, unlimited minutes and SMS in Italy and the EU, plus 5G and VoLTE connectivity. Activation is possible from 15:00 on 7 July until 15:00 on 10 September 2026, with a €9.99 SIM charge. Existing iliad customers on plans priced at €12.99 or less can switch to TOP 30 MONDO without a change‑over fee.

The offering builds on iliad’s history of fixed‑price, transparent mobile services and aims to simplify connectivity for frequent travelers by extending high‑volume data roaming beyond the EU’s “Roam Like at Home” framework. The operator reports a user base exceeding 13 million, with 98 % of customers indicating they would recommend the service.
