Ilias Psinakis discusses end of partnership with Sakís Rouvas

Ilias Psinakis, a well-known Greek manager, has spoken about his past professional relationship and current lack of contact with singer Sakís Rouvas. During an appearance on the show ‘Rainbow Mermaids’, Psinakis revealed that the two no longer have any relationship or communication.

Psinakis detailed the end of their long-standing partnership, stating that Rouvas essentially ‘fired’ him at a time when Psinakis believed he had prepared significant opportunities for the singer in the United States. He noted that while he respects Rouvas's decision to end their collaboration, he would never work with him again, as they have already achieved everything they could together.

Reflecting on their history, Psinakis recalled their early acquaintance in Corfu when Rouvas was only 17, and mentioned how they became one of the most recognizable duos in Greek entertainment. He also touched upon past media controversies, including a false report regarding a marriage between the two, which caused him significant distress at the time.
