Ilinden Municipality implements various infrastructure and social projects

During the first year of its new mandate, Ilinden Municipality has implemented various infrastructure, educational, and social projects. Key developments include the reconstruction of over 4,500 meters of local roads, specifically the Mrševci–Deljadrovci route, and street improvements in Jakа, Kadino, and Ilinden.

In the education sector, construction has begun on a new 10-classroom building for the ‘Goce Delchev’ primary school. The municipality has also introduced financial support for families, including 6,000 denars for newborns and a new 3,000 denars subsidy for first-grade students starting in the 2026/2027 school year.

Utility and environmental improvements include the construction of 5 kilometers of sewage network in Kadino and a 4,600-meter project in Miladinovci. Additionally, the ‘Green Municipality Ilinden’ project has seen the planting of over 1,000 new saplings. Sports infrastructure has also been prioritized with a new 1,100-seat grandstand at the Ilinden stadium and renovations to sports courts in Mralino and Marino.
