Ilja Dragunov makes AEW debut with victory over Mike Bailey

Former WWE star Ilja Dragunov made his All Elite Wrestling (AEW) debut during the October 21 Dynamite main event, defeating Mike Bailey. Dragunov secured the win using his finishing move, the H-Bomb.

Dragunov also debuted a new entrance theme, ‘Soviet March,’ which he selected to reflect his personal background as a Russian-born individual raised in Germany. He noted that the music combines classical elements with a heavy sound to match his intense in-ring persona. Dragunov described the creative process for his AEW presentation as a collaborative effort between himself and the company.
