ILT20 Season 5 schedule and squad details announced

The fifth season of the DP World International League T20 (ILT20) is scheduled to take place from November 21 to December 20, 2026, across venues in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. The tournament will feature a 34-match format, including a 30-match group stage where each team plays 10 matches in a double round-robin structure. The top four teams will advance to the playoffs, concluding with the season final at the Dubai International Stadium on December 20.

The season opens on November 21 at the Dubai International Stadium with a match between defending champions Desert Vipers and MI Emirates. MI Emirates, led by head coach Mark Boucher, features a squad including Nicholas Pooran, Rashid Khan, Jonny Bairstow, and Chris Jordan.

Other notable fixtures include a match between Sharjah Warriorz and Gulf Giants at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on November 22, and a double-header on December 2 to celebrate UAE National Day (Eid Al Etihad) featuring Abu Dhabi Knight Riders versus Desert Vipers and Dubai Capitals versus MI Emirates.
