iM Financial Group narrows CEO candidates to six

iM Financial Group has narrowed its pool of candidates for the next CEO to a long-list of six individuals. The Chairman Candidate Recommendation Committee announced the selection following a four-week initial verification process that evaluated applicants based on qualifications, expertise, leadership, and reputation checks conducted by external professional agencies.

The committee will now enter a second stage of verification lasting approximately four weeks. This phase includes in-depth interviews by independent directors to assess management philosophy and future vision, as well as separate interviews conducted by external experts focusing on core competencies such as financial expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership.

A short-list of candidates is expected to be finalized by the end of November. The final stage will involve intensive interviews and a ‘3 Yrs. Visioning’ session, where candidates present and debate their strategic direction for the group over the next three years. The final candidate is expected to be recommended in December.
