I'm Looking for Zombie anime set to premiere October 3

Kadokawa has released a new promotional video for the upcoming anime series ‘I’m Looking for Zombie’ (Zombie Sagashitemasu), which is scheduled to begin broadcasting on October 3. The series will be available via television in Japan and through global streaming on Crunchyroll.

Produced by Studio Comet and directed by Shinya Une, the story is set thirteen years after a catastrophic event known as the ‘Red Day,’ a sudden epidemic that killed 90% of humanity and turned the deceased into zombies. The narrative follows Aki, a young woman raised in an isolated village, who ventures into the abandoned, zombie-infested cities to search for her missing father.

The anime is an adaptation of the manga by Katsuwo. The production staff includes Kyouhei Suzuki as assistant director, Narumi Shimoji for character design, and Kenta Higashiohji for music. The main voice cast features Miyari Nemoto as Aki, alongside Lynn, Toshiya Miyata, Hibiku Yamamura, and Yuka Nukui.
