IMG completes acquisition of World Nomads

IMG (International Medical Group) has finalized its acquisition of World Nomads, a move originally announced in February 2026. The acquisition is intended to strengthen IMG’s global travel insurance distribution and expand its reach in several key international markets.

World Nomads provides specialized travel insurance and safety advice for adventure travelers across more than 100 countries. Through this acquisition, IMG expands its distribution capabilities to include the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, and Canada.
