Imhacen El Ansar pledges development support for Boulemane

Imhacen El Ansar, leader of the Mouvement Populaire party, addressed residents of the Boulemane province during a political meeting in Missour. El Ansar expressed his intention to return to electoral competition in the province, describing it as a personal and political responsibility to the local population.

During the meeting, El Ansar highlighted several critical developmental challenges facing the region, particularly in rural and mountainous areas. Key issues identified include the lack of basic infrastructure, inadequate road networks, and limited access to social services. He emphasized that breaking the isolation of remote villages is essential for improving living standards and attracting investment.

The health sector was also a major focus, with El Ansar noting difficulties in accessing medical care due to shortages in medical personnel, equipment, and the vast distances between villages and health centers. Additionally, the meeting addressed youth unemployment, with calls for local economic alternatives and investment in water, education, and infrastructure to prevent migration to urban centers.
