Immaculate Travel ordered to close by High Court

Immaculate Travel, a company specializing in coach tours across the UK and Europe, has been ordered to close by the High Court. The winding up order follows a petition filed in May by the business loans firm Bizcap Limited.

The company, which claimed over 20 years of experience, provided transportation to various destinations including Rome, Amsterdam, Paris, Stonehenge, and Windsor Castle. Its services included private hire for school trips, festivals, and airport transfers.

Following the court's decision under the Insolvency Act 1986, Companies House now lists Immaculate Travel as being in liquidation.
