Immersive haunted house experiences return for Halloween

Various immersive and artistic haunted house experiences are being offered for the Halloween season. In Portland, the Heck House, created by a local artist collective, returns to the Mayo Street Arts main hall. This all-ages, pay-what-you-want event features handmade creatures and imaginative sets, running from October 30th through November 1st.

Other notable attractions include Filoli’s ‘Nightfall’ in Woodside, which offers an immersive storytelling experience through its gardens and mansion featuring themed trails, scarecrows, and harvest activities. Additionally, the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts is hosting an artistic dimension of haunted house arts created by Aaron Wojack.
