Imminence announces ‘Axis Mundi’ companion film and theatrical screenings

Swedish metalcore band Imminence has announced a companion film for their upcoming album, ‘Axis Mundi’, which is set for release on October 2. Created in collaboration with Sumerian Pictures and Sumerian Records, the film serves as a cinematic conclusion to the medieval saga established in the band’s recent music videos.

The film will feature a combination of visual storytelling and exclusive first listens to previously unreleased music from the album. The project aims to bring the band’s visual narrative to life, following a protagonist’s quest toward the mythical bridge between life and death.

Exclusive theatrical screenings are scheduled for September 29 in the United States, including locations in Arizona, Texas, and Georgia. On October 1, screenings will take place across the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia, with cities including London, Manchester, Amsterdam, Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
