Immorente Invest reports 7% FFO growth in first half of 2026

Immorente Invest has reported a 7% increase in Funds From Operations (FFO) for the first half of 2026, reaching 24.70 million MAD. Real estate revenues for the period rose by 9% to 43.10 million MAD compared to the previous year.

The company confirmed its full-year targets, aiming for real estate revenue growth between 5% and 10% and an FFO of 5.50 MAD per share. The portfolio occupancy rate improved to 98% at the end of the first half of 2026, up from 96% at the end of 2025.

Regarding shareholder distributions, the company scheduled a payout of 1.00 MAD per share for October 2, 2026, with a subsequent distribution of 1.00 MAD per share planned for December 30, 2026.
