Immunocore posts Q2 2026 earnings, KIMMTRAK sales rise, melanoma data
Immunocore Holdings plc reported $223 million in net sales of its KIMMTRAK therapy for the first half of 2026, a 16 % increase year‑over‑year. Second‑quarter sales reached $116 million, up 18 % from the same period in 2025, with the United States contributing $75 million, Europe $34 million and other markets $7 million. CFO Travis Coy noted that about $6 million of U.S. sales reflected wholesaler inventory stocking, which will act as a head‑wind in the third quarter, but underlying sequential growth remained around 3 %.
Commercial chief Ralph Torbay said KIMMTRAK now penetrates more than 70 % of major U.S. markets and 75‑80 % of European markets, with therapy duration stable at roughly 14 months. At the American Association for Cancer Research meeting, Immunocore presented five‑year overall survival data for KIMMTRAK in HLA‑A*02:01‑positive metastatic uveal melanoma, showing a 16 % survival rate versus 8 % for investigator‑chosen therapy. Forty‑four percent of patients alive at five years had received only KIMMTRAK, while 87 % of control‑group survivors had crossed over to the drug. The company serves about 1,000 patients annually and is exploring additional indications in cutaneous melanoma and adjuvant settings.
