Imola Classic concludes Le Mans Classic Series season

The Imola Classic, serving as the grand finale for the 2026 Le Mans Classic Series, took place at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari from October 16 to 18. The event featured nearly 250 historic racing vehicles competing across ten different categories, including legendary touring cars, endurance racers, GTs, and prototypes.

As the final stop of the Peter Auto-organized championship, the weekend determined several season titles. Notable participants included McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown, who secured three podium finishes in the Legends 2 and Group C Racing categories alongside Richard Dean.

Key winners included Olivier and Emile Breittmayer in the Heritage Touring Cup 1 with a BMW 3.0 CSL, and David and Olivier Hart in Group C Racing with a Lola T92/10. The event showcased a wide range of automotive history, from 1950s and 60s Gentlemen Challenge models to Group A cars from the 1980s and 90s, as well as modern endurance legends like the Dallara SP1 and Ferrari 430.
