Imola political leaders discuss F1 return and security

In Imola, Nicolas Vacchi, the group leader for Fratelli d'Italia, has expressed optimism regarding the potential return of a Formula 1 Grand Prix this autumn. He noted that the government is working on the possibility, though he emphasized the need to avoid individual protagonism.

Beyond the Grand Prix, Vacchi outlined several local priorities for the upcoming months. He called for increased security measures, including night patrols, expanded video surveillance, and more resources for the local police. Additionally, he demanded transparency in public works, a concrete plan to address urban decay in the historic center, and efforts to reduce the municipal Irpef tax.
