Impact SEE 2026 to host Ryan Reynolds and global leaders in Bucharest

The third edition of Impact SEE, presented by Mastercard, will take place on September 29–30 at the Romexpo Exhibition Center and Face Convention Center in Bucharest. The event is expected to host over 2,500 international participants and features a lineup of 200 speakers.

Confirmed speakers include actor and entrepreneur Ryan Reynolds, who will discuss creativity, leadership, and decision-making. Dr. Anna Lembke, a professor and medical director at Stanford University School of Medicine, will address the dopamine economy and the effects of constant stimulation on behavior. Additionally, Diella, the artificial intelligence system designated as Albania’s Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, is among the confirmed participants. The event will cover various themes including business creativity, the institutionalization of AI, financial scaling, and digital commerce.
