Imperial Auto appoints Sandeep Bathla as Chief Global Operations Officer

Imperial Auto, a global fluid transmission solutions provider, has appointed Sandeep Bathla as its new Chief Global Operations Officer (CGOO). Reporting to Managing Director and CEO Vikram Wagh, Bathla will oversee the company’s global manufacturing operations.

His mandate includes improving productivity, accelerating the adoption of automation and advanced technologies, strengthening supply-chain capabilities, and ensuring consistency across the company’s manufacturing network. The appointment is intended to support Imperial Auto’s growth and its efforts to build a future-ready manufacturing organization as it expands in international markets.

Bathla brings over 30 years of experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. He previously served as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Plasser India and has held leadership roles at Blue Star Limited, Motherson Sintermetal Technology Ltd, and Eicher Tractors.
