Imprensa & Mídia celebrates 15 years and joins Mais Pelo Jornalismo

The news portal Imprensa & Mídia, based in Uberlândia, Brazil, is marking its 15th anniversary in 2026. Founded by journalist Aldair dos Santos, the outlet has covered national and regional topics including television, entertainment, culture, and marketing.

As part of its new phase, the portal is joining the Mais Pelo Jornalismo (MPJ) project. This initiative aims to strengthen independent and regional news portals by providing technological infrastructure, support, and collaboration. The project intends to build a network of up to one thousand journalistic sites across different regions of Brazil. The transition includes the launch of a new, modern, and responsive website layout.
