Impresa Italia app reaches 1.5 million business users in Italy

The 'Impresa Italia' mobile application, developed by Infocamere for Unioncamere and the chamber system, has surpassed 1.5 million participating businesses. When including those using the web platform, the total number of users reaches 3.5 million.

Since its launch, users have downloaded over 23 million official documents, such as business certificates and balance sheets, resulting in an estimated total saving of approximately 230 million euros. Data indicates a shift toward mobile usage, particularly among companies with more than 10 employees in sectors like energy, high-tech, advanced services, and healthcare.

Unioncamere President Andrea Prete noted that the preference for smartphones over web access demonstrates that digital tools are becoming essential for entrepreneurs to manage their businesses. However, he highlighted the need to expand these digital advantages to micro-enterprises, where adoption remains lower.
