Impulso Pastoral to host leadership training in Vitória

Josué Valandro Júnior, a pastor from Igreja Batista Atitude with a background in systems analysis, has created ‘Impulso Pastoral’, a training program designed to develop pastors and church leaders. The initiative aims to equip leaders with skills in team management, resource administration, and leadership formation to address the complexities of modern church environments.

The 12th edition of this training program is scheduled to take place from October 20 to 22 in Vitória, Espírito Santo. Following previous sessions in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, the program focuses on helping leaders manage growth and lead with purpose and excellence.
