Imricor Medical Systems sees recent share price decline amid U.S. expansion

Imricor Medical Systems Inc has seen its share price decline from above $2 to $1.56, a movement that analysts at Morgans suggest presents a buying opportunity. The company specializes in medical tools, such as catheters and sheaths, designed for use under real-time magnetic resonance (MR) guidance instead of traditional x-ray fluoroscopy.

Recent developments include the Children's Medical Centre Dallas becoming the company's second U.S. hospital customer for its NorthStar mapping and guidance system following the launch of U.S. commercial operations. Additionally, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved a manufacturing module covering the design, manufacturing, and quality processes for seven Imricor products. Imricor Chair Steve Wedan noted that the FDA's evaluation and closure of this module serves as a strong validation of the company's production processes and quality systems.
