INAES orders mutual loan managers to regularize documentation
The National Institute of Associativism and Social Economy (INAES) has issued a formal notice to mutual entities that manage loan services, demanding they regularize their submission of required information. Under Resolution 1687/2026, these entities have 30 calendar days to provide all outstanding documentation required through the end of the last quarter of 2025.
Failure to comply within this timeframe will result in the expiration of the administrative acts that approved their respective loan management regulations. INAES noted a “relevant non-compliance” regarding information reporting, which hinders public oversight and compromises supervision related to the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing, and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
The requirement follows existing regulations that mandate electronic submission of specific data within 20 business days after the close of each quarter.
