INAVI distributes over RD$3 million in indemnities to former public servants

The Dominican Republic's Institute of Auxiliaries (INAVI) has completed its seventh round of fund distributions, providing more than RD$3 million to over 800 former public servants. The payments cover severance, life and disability insurance, and funeral insurance claims.

General Administrator Elsido Díaz Bueno stated that these disbursements follow instructions from President Luis Abinader to expedite the return of funds owed to citizens and ensure transparency. Under the current administration, INAVI has disbursed nearly RD$30 million in total for these concepts. These actions are supported by Law No. 82, which mandates life, severance, and disability insurance for public officials and employees.
