Incheon city branding video reaches 45 million views on Instagram
Incheon Metropolitan City’s ‘Lost & Found’ city branding campaign video has achieved significant viral success, reaching 45 million views on Instagram and 650,000 views on YouTube within just 10 days of its release.
Developed in connection with the 2026 Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival, the campaign aims to promote Incheon’s image as a ‘music city’ and encourage festival attendees to revisit the region, thereby boosting local tourism. The music video format features the band ‘Far East Asian Tigers,’ a 2024 ‘Penta Super Rookie’ selection, and utilizes actual lost items recovered during the festival as creative content.
In addition to showcasing Incheon’s major landmarks, the video has prompted viewers to reconnect with their festival memories. Some owners of the lost items featured in the video have already been identified, and the festival’s management office will arrange for their delivery. To convert online engagement into physical tourism, the city is hosting events offering travel coupon packs, including Wolmi Sea Train passes and Incheon City Tour Bus vouchers.
