The Incheon City Museum has announced the opening of its 28th Museum University second-half course for 2026, themed ‘History as a Mirror’. The program is a free adult education series designed to help citizens explore history, culture, and the humanities through the lens of past figures and events.
The curriculum consists of four specialized lectures held every Friday from October 23 to November 13. The sessions include:
• Kim Won-jung (Dankook University) on the classical text ‘Shiji’ and human nature. • Han Myung-gi (Myongji University) on Joseon Dynasty foreign relations during periods of upheaval. • Park Hyun-mo (Sejong National Management Institute) on the leadership and governance of King Sejong. • Joo Kyung-chul (Seoul National University) on the political and social aspects of Louis XIV’s reign.
Registration for Incheon citizens opens on October 1 and runs until October 21. Applications can be submitted via the museum’s website, telephone, or QR code. The lectures will take place at the Seoknam Hall on the first floor of the Incheon City Museum.
