Incheon City recruits 300 participants for singles matching program
Incheon Metropolitan City is recruiting 300 participants for the second half of its ‘Incheon Unmarried Men and Women Meeting’ program. The initiative aims to provide social opportunities for young adults who find it difficult to meet new people due to busy lifestyles.
The program includes dating coaching, one-on-one rotating conversations, couple games, and dinners. Three separate sessions are scheduled for October 24, October 31, and November 7, held at venues including the Inspire Entertainment Resort and Oakwood Premier Incheon.
Eligible applicants are unmarried men and women aged 24 to 39 who reside in Incheon or work for companies and public institutions located within the city. Applications are open from September 9 to October 7 via the Incheon City website, the Gyeyang-gu Family Center website, or the ‘Incheon e-Wallet’ app.
In the first half of the year, the program saw high demand with 3,049 applicants for 200 spots, resulting in a 15.2 to 1 competition rate. Notably, the program achieved a 58% couple matching rate during its initial sessions.
