Incheon Film Week 2026 to feature 24 free screenings

Incheon Film Week 2026 will be held from the 23rd to the 25th at CGV Incheon Yeonsu. Hosted by Incheon City and organized by the Incheon Film Commission, the festival explores the relationship between humans and new entities, such as artificial intelligence, under the theme ‘We Are Each Other’s Future.’

The event will feature 24 free screenings divided into six sections, covering topics such as humanoids, clones, and the future of family. The opening film is ‘AI Mom,’ a co-production between Indonesia and Singapore that examines human connections in a near-future setting where AI is integrated into daily life. Additionally, the sci-fi classic ‘Gattaca’ will receive a special screening after being voted as a favorite by local citizens.

Beyond screenings, the festival includes ‘Cine-talks’ and ‘Guest Visits’ featuring directors, actors, and curators. Interactive programs such as creating personal film catalogs and drawing future visions will also be available at the venue.
