Incheon holds job fair for middle-aged and female workers

Incheon Metropolitan City will host the 2026 Incheon Middle-Aged and Female Job Fair on November 3 at the Incheon City Hall Central Hall and Incheon Aetdeul. The event aims to expand employment opportunities and support economic participation for middle-aged individuals and women.

Approximately 30 participating companies plan to recruit around 300 people through on-site interviews. The fair will feature customized job counseling, career matching services, and a women's entrepreneurship pavilion to showcase products and business ideas. Additional support programs include resume photo sessions, AI caricature creation, and personal color diagnosis.
