Incheon hosts first WFDSA World Convention for direct selling industry

The 18th WFDSA World Convention is being held in Incheon, South Korea, from October 19 to 21 at the Inspire Entertainment Resort on Yeongjong Island. This marks the first time the event has been hosted in South Korea.

Organized by the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA) and managed by the Korea Direct Selling Association, the convention brings together approximately 600 industry executives and association officials from around the world. Under the theme ‘Direct Selling, Leading Human Change,’ participants will engage in sessions to discuss future visions, global innovation cases, and international cooperation within the industry.

Incheon City is utilizing the event to promote its MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) infrastructure. To enhance the experience for international attendees, the city has organized various tourism programs, including city tours of Songdo, Yeongjongdo, and the Open Port area, as well as a sunset dinner at the Sangsang Platform, a repurposed cultural space.
