Incheon International Early Music Festival to host 6th edition

The 6th Incheon International Early Music Festival will be held at Art Center Incheon from October 29 to November 13, 2026. Organized by Art Center Incheon, the Korean Baroque Society, and the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority, the festival is themed ‘BAROQUE, TURN TOWARD INCHEON’.

The festival consists of three main performances:

• October 29: ‘The Bach Family’ focuses on the generational works of the Bach family, including pieces by C. P. E. Bach, W. F. Bach, and J. S. Bach. • November 1: ‘Galaxia Vivaldi’ highlights instrumental works by Vivaldi and his contemporaries from the 18th century. • November 13: ‘Celestial Voices’ concludes the festival with Baroque opera arias and vocal works.

International performers, including harpsichordist Beatrice Martin, violinist Amandine Bayet, and baritone Bruno Giusa, will collaborate with the Korean Baroque Society. The event is supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as part of its 2026 regional representative arts organization support project.
