Incheon Metropolitan City to issue additional Youth Culture and Arts Passes

Incheon Metropolitan City will begin issuing additional Youth Culture and Arts Passes on October 1. The program aims to support 1,648 local youths, specifically those aged 19 to 20 born in 2006 and 2007, providing 150,000 KRW per person on a first-come, first-served basis.

This year, the program has expanded its scope to include movies and books alongside traditional performances and exhibitions. To improve accessibility, the number of cooperating reservation platforms has grown to nine companies, including CGV, Lotte Cinema, Megabox, and various book and ticket services.

Recipients who have already utilized the pass earlier this year or in the previous year are ineligible for this additional issuance. The passes are valid from the date of issuance through December 31. Applications can be submitted via the official Youth Culture Pass website, with inquiries directed to the Arts Council Korea.
