Incheon Open Port Heritage Night festival to be held October 9–11

The 2026 Incheon Open Port Heritage Night is scheduled to take place from October 9 to 11 in the Incheon Open Port area. The festival, themed ‘People and Heritage who lived through the Incheon Open Port,’ will feature night openings of cultural heritage sites, historical lifestyle experiences, performances, drone shows, and immersive content using AI, AR, and VR technology.

To support the event, the Incheon Transit Corporation will implement a special ‘Wolmi Sea Train Night Theme’ operation from October 9 to 11. During this period, the train's operating hours will be extended by two hours, running until 9:00 PM instead of 7:00 PM, allowing visitors to view the night scenery of the West Sea and Incheon Port.

Additional festival activities include themed photo zones at Wolmi Sea Train Station, free photo services, and the distribution of glow-in-the-dark bracelets to participants. Local authorities and the Incheon Tourism Organization have completed final preparations regarding safety, traffic management, and program coordination to ensure a secure experience for visitors.
