Incheon Social Service Agency launches citizen communication platforms

The Incheon Social Service Agency has introduced a new Voice of Customer (VOC) online communication platform and a KakaoTalk channel to enhance service accessibility and gather citizen feedback. These initiatives aim to improve service quality across the agency's 18 directly managed or commissioned facilities.

To support staff, the agency is also establishing measures to protect employees from malicious complaints. Specific facilities are implementing tailored approaches, such as the Incheon Welfare Center for the Disabled using monthly ‘Maum Talk Day’ sessions and the Youth Future Center utilizing the ‘Goeun Participation Committee’ to hear directly from isolated or reclusive youth.

The agency’s customer satisfaction task force, ‘Haengbok Ieumi’, recently reviewed progress on these initiatives and plans to hold a performance report meeting in November.
