Incheon Tourism Organization announces Chuseok holiday travel themes

The Incheon Tourism Organization has announced a ‘four-color healing travel’ guide for the Chuseok holiday, offering diverse themes including tradition, night views, wellness, family experiences, and gastronomy.

For those interested in history and night scenery, Wolmi Park and Ganghwa Island are recommended. Activities include traditional folk games at Wolmi Park’s Korean Traditional Garden and the ‘2026 National Heritage Media Art’ exhibition at Ganghwa Goryeogungji. The Ganghwa Astronomical Science Museum will also host moon-viewing events featuring observations of the full moon and Saturn.

Wellness seekers can visit various spa facilities, such as Paradise City Cimer, Seokmodo Mineral Spa, or Ganghwa Yakseokwon, which offers traditional herbal heat treatments.

Families can engage in immersive media art at Le Space within Inspire Resort or visit the National Incheon Maritime Museum for special holiday performances. Outdoor activities like the Yeongjongdo Rail Bike and the Ganghwa Seaside Resort Luge are also highlighted for those looking to enjoy the West Sea scenery.
