Incheon Urban Corporation conducts expert training for small-scale housing renovation
Incheon Urban Corporation (iH) held a professional training program from October 13 to October 20 to enhance expertise in small-scale housing renovation projects. The training targeted officials from various districts in Incheon and iH employees, focusing on improving residential environments in areas where large-scale redevelopment or reconstruction is difficult.
The 20-hour curriculum covered Incheon’s incentive systems, feasibility analysis, and administrative licensing procedures. This year, the program introduced new modules, including policy trends and AI-based feasibility analysis, to help officials respond to changing regulations and assess project economic viability.
Participants also conducted site visits to housing renovation projects in Seoknam-dong and Juan-dong to engage with cooperative members and observe real-world operations. Since being designated as a support organization for vacant houses and small-scale housing renovation in 2019, iH has provided annual training and consulting services to residents to facilitate smoother project implementation.
