Inclusive cultural activities held for children with disabilities in Romania and Moldova

In Romania, children from the ‘St. Maria’ Day Center for Children with Autism and Down Syndrome participated in a specialized social and educational event at the Dâmbovița County Library. The visit focused on literacy and creativity, featuring storytelling sessions and coloring activities designed to promote inclusion and social interaction.

In Moldova, six hearing-impaired students from Special School Number 12 in Chișinău created 35 artworks celebrating the 35th anniversary of the country's independence. These paintings, which depict Moldovan traditions and landscapes, are being exhibited at the National Museum of History of Moldova. The project also resulted in a limited edition postcard collection titled ‘Moldova in Colors. 35 Emotions’.
