Warrington-based refurbishment specialist Inco Contracts has secured two major contracts as part of its expansion into Wales and the South West. The company has been appointed to undertake a major refurbishment of the former MCC Building in Cwmbran and a redevelopment project for Units 2-6 at The Beeches in Bristol.

The Bristol project involves modernizing existing units to high commercial and EPC standards, including roof replacements, new windows, and the installation of composite cladding. These recent deals bring the total value of projects secured by the company’s regional operations to over £8 million.
