Inde Navarrette reportedly to debut as Rogue in Avengers: Secret Wars

Reports suggest that actress Inde Navarrette may debut as the character Rogue in the upcoming film ‘Avengers: Secret Wars’. While Marvel Studios has not officially confirmed the extent of her role, industry journalist Jeff Sneider indicated on his podcast, ‘The Hot Mic’, that the character could appear in the production.

Navarrette was previously announced at Disney’s D23 convention as part of the cast for a new, untitled X-Men reboot directed by Jake Schreier. The confirmed ensemble for that project includes Kit Connor as Cyclops, Christopher Abbott as Professor Charles Xavier, Samara Weaving as Emma Frost, Maya Boyd as Storm, and Adam Driver as Mister Sinister.

The X-Men reboot is currently scheduled for release on May 5, 2028. Speculation regarding Rogue’s appearance in ‘Secret Wars’ suggests the studio may use large-scale productions to introduce mutants to the Marvel Cinematic Universe before their standalone films arrive.
