INDEP to auction seized assets at Expo Santa Fe

The Instituto para Devolver al Pueblo lo Robado (INDEP) will hold its third in-person hammer auction of the year on September 30 at Expo Santa Fe. The event features a wide variety of assets that were seized, secured, or confiscated by federal agencies, including the Customs service, the Fiscalía General de la República (FGR), and the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT).

Items available for purchase include real estate, aircraft, vessels, jewelry, and vehicles, with some cars starting at 12,500 pesos. The auction also includes various lots of merchandise suitable for starting businesses, such as chargers, armchairs, smoke detectors, phone cases, and thread.

Interested participants must register via the official INDEP platform by September 29. The platform provides a complete catalog, item locations, participation rules, and minimum guarantee prices. The physical reception and formal opening of bids will begin at 9:00 AM on September 30.
