Independence March 2026 slogan announced in Warsaw

The official slogan for the 2026 Independence March in Warsaw has been announced as “Polak w Polsce gospodarzem” (A Pole as the host in Poland). The theme was unveiled by representatives of the Independence March Association during a press conference.

Organizers stated that the slogan emphasizes national sovereignty, the right of citizens to determine the country's development, and the responsibility to preserve cultural identity and security for future generations. Bartosz Malewski, President of the Association, noted that while Poland remains open to cooperation, such relations must respect Polish legal order and principles.

Krzysztof Bosak, Vice-Marshal of the Sejm, expressed support for the theme, stating that the message is necessary to remind others that the Polish state should primarily serve Polish citizens and defend their interests.
