Independente de Limeira dominates Paulista Sub-23 selection

Independente de Limeira dominated the official selection for the Campeonato Paulista Sub-23 Segunda Divisão following their championship victory. During a ceremony in Campinas, the tournament's best players and staff were announced based on votes from the captains and coaches of the 24 participating teams.

Independente secured six spots in the ideal lineup, including goalkeeper Jonathan, Filipe Ferreira, Bruno Calegari, and Kauan Baixola. The team's manager, Tiago Miguel, was named best coach, while midfielder Hiago Ramiro—who was also the tournament's top scorer with 12 goals—was voted the tournament's star player.

The rest of the ideal selection includes Zé Luiz (América) in defense, Chico (América), Kenzo (Independente), and Hiago Ramiro (Independente) in midfield, and an attacking trio of Édipo (América), Salomão (Itaquaquecetuba), and Gustavinho (Itaquaquecetuba). Aislan from América received the breakthrough player award.
