Emerson Rivaldo joins Independiente Santa Fe on loan

Independiente Santa Fe has officially confirmed the signing of winger Emerson Rivaldo Rodríguez to strengthen their squad for the second half of the 2026 season. The 25-year-old Colombian attacker joins the Bogotá-based club on loan from Bulgarian side Ludogorets Razgrad, with whom he holds a contract until 2028.

Rodríguez brings extensive international experience to the Liga BetPlay, having previously played for clubs including Millonarios, Inter Miami, Santos Laguna, and Vasco da Gama. During his time in Bulgaria, he secured both the Bulgarian Cup and the League title. He has already arrived in Bogotá and has begun physical and tactical training with his new teammates.
