Index Chihuahua and IMCP Launch Hybrid Tax Seminar for 2026

Index Chihuahua and the Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Públicos de Chihuahua (IMCP) announced a hybrid Tax Seminar running from 20 August to 18 September 2026. The program will cover the maquiladora tax regime, transfer pricing, foreign trade, double‑tax treaties and finance, with national specialists delivering five modules both in‑person and online.

Director Myrna de las Casas and IMCP president David Olivas Ávila said the seminar aims to strengthen decision‑making and competitiveness for exporters and manufacturers in Chihuahua by keeping professionals up‑to‑date with fiscal reforms and reducing compliance risk. The initiative also seeks to integrate new generations of accountants, lawyers and trade experts into the regional industry.

The seminar is open to executives, accountants, lawyers and foreign‑trade specialists, with a fee of 6,000 MXN for IMCP members and 7,000 MXN for non‑members, plus a per‑module charge of 1,200 MXN for members and 1,500 MXN for non‑members.
