India A to tour New Zealand for red-ball series ahead of WTC Tests

India A is scheduled to tour New Zealand for a three-match four-day red-ball series against New Zealand A from October 24 to November 10. The matches, held in Christchurch, serve as preparation for India’s senior team ahead of their two-Test World Test Championship (WTC) series in late November. The senior tour also includes five T20Is and five ODIs.

Separately, Australia is preparing for upcoming ODI tours of Zimbabwe and South Africa. Australian selector George Bailey emphasized the importance of these tours for the 2027 ODI World Cup preparations. The Australian squad features the return of senior players Mitchell Marsh, Travis Head, and Josh Hazlewood, while Marnus Labuschagne has been omitted from the squad.
